Eurostar

At least 14 trains daily leave London St Pancras  to Paris Gare du Nord. The journey takes under 3 hours and you have several connections by TGV ( fast daytime trains ) or SNCF ( slow overnight services ) from Paris to many resorts.  As with airfares, prices do vary considerably depending on time of booking.  There are 2 direct Eurostar trains each week which travel non stop from London St Pancras to the French resort hubs of Moutiers and Bourg St Maurice.  The direct non stop trains leave on Friday evening arriving Saturday morning and the daytime direct service leaves St Pancras Saturday morning and arrives Saturday evening.
